I’m so excited that you’re enrolled in one of my premium courses! These FAQ’s will help you with everything you need for logging in and accessing your courses.


Q: Where do I login and find the course(s) I’m enrolled in?

A: You can find everything at learn.sewheidi.com. This short video will show you exactly how to login, find your courses, edit your profile, and start learning!


Q: I’ve logged in, but don’t see the course(s) I paid for. Where are they?

A: When you log in to learn.sewheidi.com, you should see all of your courses on the homepage. You may have to scroll down! If you don’t see one of your courses, it could be that you signed up under a different email address. Check your email for the purchase confirmation to make sure you’re using the right email to log in. Still having trouble? Email us at learn (at) sewheidi (dot) com.


Q: How can I update my credit card or other information?

A: To update your payment information, email address, and more, just click on the profile button in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. 


Q: I have questions about the course content (ie how to do something in Illustrator or about tech packs). How can I get help?

A: Any questions about the course content should go to the course Q&A! Just scroll down to the “discussion” section under the relevant course video and ask your question–make sure you read the exisiting Q’s first, because somebody else may have already asked the same thing! If you don’t see it, submit your question and Heidi will answer it within a few business days.


Q: What if I don’t see my question here?

A: If you have questions that aren’t about the course content and aren’t listed in this Q&A, just shoot us an email to learn (at) sewheidi (dot) com.
